Proof

Be my next success story

I am taking on founding clients in Maricopa right now — people who want muscle on the frame and fat off it, and who want the training to hold up for the next twenty years, not the next six weeks.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Where most people are

You are not lazy. You are carrying a lot.

The weight crept up and now it feels like it has its own schedule.

You want size and shape, not just a smaller number on the scale.

Work, kids, and the drive home eat the hours you would have trained in.

Something hurts — a knee, a shoulder, a lower back — and you train around it.

You have started before. Twice. Three times. It did not hold.

Nobody ever showed you what a real week of training looks like.

The Mission Brief

Corrective first. Holistic always.

“My focus is Corrective Fitness and a Holistic Fitness mindset — physical, spiritual, social, mental.” Four pillars, and the plan only works when all four are standing.

01

Physical

We fix how you move before we load it. Corrective work clears the knee, the shoulder, the low back, then progressive strength puts real muscle on a frame that can hold it. Fat comes off because the training is honest and the week is consistent.

02

Mental

Standards, not motivation. Motivation shows up some Tuesdays. A standard shows up every Tuesday. We set yours low enough to keep and heavy enough to matter, then we hold it.

03

Spiritual

Calm is trainable. Breathing, recovery, and the quiet part of the session are not extras — they are what lets a busy man sleep, repair, and come back stronger on Thursday.

04

Social

You are training for the people around you as much as for yourself. The team you train with keeps the standard honest, and your family gets the version of you that can carry, play, and keep up.

Briefing

Four steps, in order.

Step 01Assessment

We talk through your history, your schedule, and what hurts. Then I watch you move, so the first program is built for your body and not for a template.

Step 02Orders

You get a written plan: training days, lifts, progressions, and a nutrition target that fits how you actually eat. Nothing you cannot execute in the week you actually have.

Step 03Execution

We train — in person in Maricopa or online with check-ins. Load goes up as your movement earns it. The corrective work stays in the warm-up for good.

Step 04After-action review

Every month we look at the evidence: strength, photos, how clothes fit, how you sleep. We keep what worked, cut what did not, and set the next block.

What changes

Muscle on. Fat off. Life easier.

A body that holds shape

Strength training built around your structure, so the weight you lose comes off fat and the size you gain stays on.

Pain that stops steering the week

Corrective work in every session means the knee or the shoulder stops deciding which days you train.

A week you can actually run

Sessions sized for a working parent. Short, structured, and progressive beats long, random, and abandoned.

Energy your family notices

Better sleep, steadier eating, and the capacity to carry, play, and keep up long after the session ends.

Straight answers

Before you reach out

I do not know where to start.

That is the normal starting point, and it is my job, not yours. The assessment tells us where you are, and the first plan gives you three or four things to do. Nothing else.

I have tried programs before and quit.

Most programs are written for someone with free time and no history of injury. We build yours around your week and around how you move, and we review it every month so it changes before you quit it.

I cannot be in the gym every day.

You do not need to be. Two or three well-built sessions, progressed properly, will put on muscle and take off fat. Consistency at a standard beats volume you cannot sustain.

Can I train with you online?

Yes. Online coaching runs the same method — corrective warm-ups, written progressions, monthly after-action review — with video check-ins instead of standing next to you.
